Our large hall rental has a minimum requirement of 200 people and we can accommodate up to 450 guests.

Pricing
Planning an event can be stressful, but with the team at Mimosa Hall by your side, you can rest assured that everything will be taken care of.
Our package includes
- Saturday Evening 6:00PM – 1:00AM (7 hours)
- Guest count between 200 – 299; Rate is $26.00/person
- Guest count of 300 and more; rate is $23.95/person. Starts at $7185
- Friday Evening 6:00PM – 1:00PM (7 hours)
- Guest count between 200 – 299; rate is $23.00/person. Starts at $6108 (15% off)
- Guest count of 300 and more; rate is $20.36/person
- Sunday Evening 6:00PM – 1:00PM (7 hours)
- Guest count between 200 – 299; rate is $22.00/person
- Guest count of 300 and more; rate is $19.16/person. Starts at $5748 (20% off)
- Friday/Saturday/Sunday Daytime 9:00AM – 2:00PM (5 hours)
- Guest count between 200 – 299; rate is $17.00/person
- Guest count of 300 and more; rate is $14.37/person. Starts at $4311 (40% off)
- Monday-Thursday Evening (7 hours) and Daytime (5hour) events
- Guest count between 200 – 299; rate is $14.00/person
- Guest count of 300 and more; rate is $11.98/person. Starts at $3594 (50% off)
- Decoration:
- Fully decorated hall, entry, stage as you can view prior to this agreement
- Any additional decoration will be the responsibility of the family or Mimosa Hall can assist in making arrangement with decorator(s) to provide the service on a fee-based basis.
- Tables & chairs: 60” round table (basic white linen included) that can sit 10 and gold Chiavari chairs with white cushion.
- Standard dance floor area (see options for upgraded white dance floor)
- (1) suite for changing
- Fully set up bar station with wine glasses (see price schedule)
- Charger plates setup on table (in color gold)
- Outdoor patio access
- Large Multi-Rack food warmer access provided.
- Cleaning service before and after event.
- Two waitstaffs (for the first 100 guests, one waitstaff is required for each additional 50 guests – see price schedule)
- No confetti allowed

Add-on
- Sound system: $600 (sound operator included)
- Light system for dance floor & stage: $400
- Upgraded white dance floor: $400
- Stunning Silverware with porcelain plate(s) and matching napkin: $3.50/person (complimentary if using our catering service).
- Centerpiece with artificial flowers, or table chandelier: $35/each
- Outside catering service (or bring in outside food): $495

Other Charges
- Additional waitstaff: $125/staff (per 50 guests)
- Police officer: $50/hr./officer, minimum 4 hrs. (one officer is required for each 100 guests when alcohol is served)
- 20% service charge & tax will be applied
Reservation
- Down payment: $1000 is requested to reserve the date for your event. Hall rental and all other charges will be divided into monthly payments. Final payment has to be made 30 days before the event.
- Date changes (any date change is subjected to availability of the hall)
- Changes made 180 days or more prior to the date of the event: $500 penalty fee, required to be paid up front at the time the change is requested.
- Changes made less than 180 days prior to the date of the event: $1000 penalty fee, money paid will be credited but may only choose a date between Monday thru Thursday and provided it should not fall on a long weekend.
